GLACIER TRAVEL & CREVASSE RESCUE TRAINING

With a long history of mountain guiding and mountain rescue work throughout Alaska, WEME is sharing their passion for glacier travel with aspiring guides, peak baggers, and adventurous glacier travelers.  We offer a variety of ice climbing and glacier travel workshops geared specifically towards women and instructed by women.  Whether you aspire to climb Denali or trek across glaciers, we have tailored training that will compliment your mountain aspirations. Glacier travel and crevasse rescue courses are designed to teach participants about safe glacier travel techniques on snow and ice, roped glacier travel, standard rope management and crevasse rescue systems.  ​
