Service Description
The ETT curriculum is 40 hours in length and teaches the basics of emergency medical care including: EMS Systems, BLS CPR, legal and ethical issues, airway & respirations, shock and resuscitation, patient assessment system; response and assessment for environmental emergencies, medical emergencies and traumatic injuries and anatomy & physiology of various body systems including cardiovascular and respiratory systems. This is a youth specific course. Students must be a minimum of 14 years old to become certified as an ETT. This is a State of Alaska certification that will be valid for 2 years upon successful completion of course content. Attendance is mandatory at all training sessions. We are a vendor with many homeschool programs which allows parents to submit for reimbursement or in some cases, we can direct bill the student's allotment through their homeschool program. Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of registration. Â If you must cancel, please allow 7-day notice. Â Course fees will be refunded minus 10% admin fee. There are no refunds issued if you cancel less than 7-days prior to the course start date. Please note that we have a minimum number required to host our courses. Â If that number is not met the course may be postponed until a later date. Â In the event this occurs, a refund will be issued or you can register for another course should you choose to do so.
